Assignments May Include
Work alongside school leaders and education professionals on meaningful projects designed to improve educational quality, professional practice and institutional performance.
Online and onsite professional development (CPD) for teachers and senior leaders.
School improvement consultancy, quality assurance and inspection readiness.
Multi-day school reviews and four-day mock inspections.
Occasional short international assignments, subject to project requirements and availability.
We Are Looking For
- At least 10 years of relevant education experience, including substantial experience in GCC schools.
- Demonstrable school improvement, leadership, inspection or evaluation expertise.
- Confident facilitation, analytical and report-writing skills.
- Master's or doctoral qualifications are desirable.
Flexible Associate Opportunities
Engagements are project-based and subject to availability, specialist expertise and assignment requirements. Fees will be discussed during the interview process.
